Pharrell, Justin Timberlake, The Roots, Alabama Shakes, and more to perform at Charlottesville Benefit Concert

Charlottesville natives Dave Matthews Band announced today, they will end a year-long break for a benefit show, A Concert for Charlottesville set for September 24 at Scott Stadium on the campus of University of Virginia.

The lineup is a shockingly hefty bill of acts including Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, Alabama Shakes, Chris Stapleton, The Roots, Cage the Elephant, Ariana Grande, and more to be announced.

The event is free (with handling fee) but attendees are encouraged to make a donation to the Concert for Charlottesville Fund. Beneficiaries of the fund include victims of the events in Virginia as well as first responders, their families and organizations devoted to the promotion of healing, unity and justice locally and nationwide.
