August 5, 2022 (updated)
Coming off a recent tour with Earl Sweatshirt, the Alchemist and Boldy James, Queens, New York rapper, chef and television personality Action Bronson has announced shows in Raleigh (The Ritz on September 12) and Charleston (Charleston Music Hall on September 11). Bronson, who recently released his latest album, Cocodrillo Turbo, in April, will return to the Triangle area to perform for the first time since 2014, when he played Cat’s Cradle and recorded a segment of Fuck, That’s Delicious at the famous Time-Out Restaurant in Chapel Hill.
The 38-year-old rapper will perform in Charleston on a Sunday and Raleigh on the Monday following Hopscotch Music Festival, a festival Bronson had to cancel back in 2013 due to an injury. Perhaps a makeup date of sorts for those who want to keep the vibes going into the work week.
Tickets to Action Bronson in Raleigh on September 12 at The Ritz and Charleston on September 11 at Charleston Music Hall go on sale Friday, August 5 at 10 a.m.
Update: Action Bronson will also play the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC on September 9.
