Rumors surfaced in early November about Rage Against the Machine’s reunion and headlining dates at Coachella, and well, it looks like the rumors are true. The politically-fueled rock band will headline Coachella 2020 and will perform live for the first time since 2011’s L.A. Rising Festival.
The inaugural Coachella lineup in 1999 included Rage Against The Machine, and the group consisting of Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, and Brad Wilk, return for the first time since 2007.
In addition to the Rage reunion, the two-weekend festival which was also rumored to include Travis Scott and Frank Ocean, will indeed include the Houston rapper and elusive R&B singer, Ocean.
Check out the full lineup for Coachella 2020 in Indio, California, April 10-12 and April 17-19.
‘Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert’ documentary will premiere on YouTube Originals March 31, 2020.
