A fundraiser to launch the Urban Farm At Aldersgate, Carolina Farm Trust will showcase the vision and how it will impact East Charlotte and the broader Charlotte region. Join them for a dinner featuring local chef-created cuisine inspired by museum exhibits.
Enjoy a movable feast prepared by six chefs renowned for their creativity and fresh, locally sourced menus.
Featured Chefs and restaurants include: Clark Barlowe from Heirloom, Gregory Collier from The Yolk, Hector Gonzalez from Project 658, Carmen Vasquez, from Yafo Kitchen, Whitney Thompson from 5Church, and Matthew Martin from Fern, Flavors From The Garden.
Also, local, pouring and pairings from Dover Vineyards, Shelton Vineyards and Resident Culture Brewing Company, and partake of a specialty beverage prepared by Mixologist Bob Peters from Punch Room.
