Alan Charmer is the solo project of Terrence Richard of Charlotte indie rock band Junior Astronomers. Richard released his debut EP, Don’t You Worry, on July 16, 2022.
La Brava is the solo project of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Liza Ortiz from Bravo Pueblo and Chocala. La Brava’s psychedelic live sets are a transportive experience made even more fun by Ortiz’s powerful, reverberated vocals that ring out over Latin-inspired beats. Although La Brava’s sound is crafted on an electronic synth and drum machine, the compositions and Ortiz’s amiable energy bring an unexpected affection and warmth to the computerized tones.
