Charlotte artists Marcus Kiser, Jason Woodberry, and Quentin Talley are the creative forces behind the Mint Museum’s latest Constellation CLT installation, Intergalactic Soul. Join Jen Sudul Edwards, chief curator and curator of contemporary art, to discuss their collaborative work with a conversation with the artists starting at 6 p.m. There will also be a screening of The Last Black Starfighter with live musical accompaniment by Quentin Talley and The Soul Providers starting at 6:45 p.m.
Intergalactic Soul is an art exhibition that brings together science fiction and social awareness. The artwork explores a cosmic sci-fi theme that’s driven by social, political and cultural undertones. Imagination meets consciousness to create an art show with a message for all to talk about and enjoy.
