Indigo Girls are a folk rock music duo from Atlanta, Georgia consisting of Amy Ray and Emily Saliers. They released their full-length album, Strange Fire, in 1987, and signed to Epic Records in 1988. Their 1989 self-titled album went multi-platinum along with their 1992 album, Rites of Passage, and Swamp Ophelia in 1994. Indigo Girls released their latest album, Look Long, on May 22, 2020 through Rounder Records.
Danielle Howle is a singer-songwriter and music producer from Columbia, South Carolina. Howle joined the the band Lay Quiet Awhile, formed by brothers Dan and Phil Cook in 1989. Howle was the voice on their first full-length album, Delicate Wire.
