Lunchbox Records will host a special Get Out the Vote concert featuring Merge Records artists Hiss Golden Messenger, Superchunk (acoustic) and Jenn Wasner (Wye Oak, Flock of Dimes).
Hiss Golden Messenger is an American folk music band, originating from Durham, North Carolina, led by MC Taylor. For the various recordings he is joined by a number of guest musicians. Jenn Wasner is one of the founding members of the band Wye Oak, from Baltimore, Maryland. Along with her friend Andy Stack, they have performed on tour with notable bands such as The National and The Decemberists.
