Movements are a post-hardcore band formed in 2015 from Rancho Santa Margarita, California signed to Fearless Records. The band released their debut EP, Outgrown Things, in 2016; their debut studio album, Feel Something, in 2017, and their latest, No Good Left to Give, in 2020.
