My Morning Jacket has announced their first U.S. headlining tour in five years, kicking off in Charlotte, North Carolina on August 27 at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre. With support from Flock Of Dimes (August 27 in Charlotte), Brittany Howard (September 3-11), Durand Jones & The Indications (September 23-October 3), and Bedouine (October 29-November 6), the band will also make several festival appearances in 2021.
Having released eight studio albums with three Grammy nominations for 2008’s Evil Urges, 2011’s Circuital, and 2015’s The Waterfall, My Morning Jacket will perform a wide-ranging set with new music, fan favorites, and hits from their expansive catalog. The band also recently released a new single, “Regularly Scheduled Programming,” from their forthcoming self-titled studio album due out on October 22, 2021.
Flock of Dimes is the solo project of Baltimore singer-songwriter and musician Jenn Wasner. Wasner is also one of the founding members of the band Wye Oak, along with Andy Stack.
