Nourish invites you to the Garden of Vegan Wednesday, August 16 for a healthy vegan cooking class.

Deconstruced Tamales with Tempeh Chorizo
Class starts at 7 p.m. sharp and they’ll go over safety information, class structure, with a few nibbles. You’ll be working in teams of 2-3, and make a total of 5-6 dishes. The recipes will be yours to take home.
Don’t forget to bring:
A sharp knife (very important for chopping)
An apron, if you’d like (there will be some on-hand if you forget yours)
Please wear closed-toed comfy shoes that have some grip to them – the kitchen is no place for sandals, and they don’t want you slipping on wet surfaces.
