The start of an artist residency season at McColl Center is always a time for celebration. Open House is your opportunity to meet the new artists-in-residence at McColl to get a first look at the fall exhibition, New Works / Alumni One.

Exhibition: New Works / Alumni One is the first in a series of exhibitions presenting exceptional alumni artists from McColl Center for Art + Innovation’s residency program as it celebrates its twentieth anniversary in Charlotte.

Featuring Michaela Pilar Brown (2011), Erika Diamond (2006, 2011), and Jonathan Prichard (2014), the exhibition explores the secular, sacred, and symbolic grounds these Carolina-based artists know personally and collectively. Organized by visiting curator Tom Stanley.
