Celebrate the start of a new artist residency season at McColl Center and explore three floors of new artwork, including the debut of Adorned, an exhibition featuring McColl Center alumnus artist Sharif Bey (2007) and artist Shanequa Gay.

Enjoy a beer and wine bar with light bites and live music performed by Arts Plus featuring Lisa Bettendorf, Bria Alexander, Brian Stieglitz, and Ella Stevens.

An exclusive reception for McColl Center members will take place at 5:00 p.m. before the Open House. Sharif Bey and Shanequa Gay will talk about the exhibition, Adorned, with sparkling wine and light bites provided.

McColl Center is located at 721 N. Tryon St. in Uptown Charlotte. Plenty of free parking is available on N. Tryon St. after 6:00 p.m. and in the lot at the corner of W. 10th St. and N. Church St. (behind Charlotte Ballet).
