The premiere of our 6th episode from the second season of order/fire. This time Marc Jacksina sits down with Chef Chris Coleman, the man behind the helm at the Stoke Restaurant at the Charlotte Marriott Center City. Chef Coleman is a Charlotte native, was executive chef at the McNinch house at 22 years old and was the executive chef at the Asbury before moving to Stoke. At the premiere, Chef Coleman will be serving up some of his Maw Maw’s Chicken and Dumplings and we will be another awesome raffle.
The prize this month is a one night stay at the Marriott Uptown and a tasting menu for 2 at Stoke (alcohol not included).
Doors open at noon, social hour at 1, screening around 2 p.m.
