Join the PCG for an evening of delectable craft beers from Catawba Brewery paired with sumptuous food from eight great chefs in our community. Proceeds will benefit the Piedmont Culinary Guild, which in turn benefits our local food economy.
Starting at 5:00 p.m., enjoy folk music by Turpentine Shine while touring Catawba Brewing’s brewhouse with the specialty brewers. Be seated at 6 p.m. for six savory courses and two sweet courses, each specially paired with a Catawba Brewing beer. Taste the richness and freshness of flavors from local farms, fields, and forests.
Experience the craftsmanship of each Chef plating their own dish inside the dining room, and hear them talk about how their dish was prepared.
