Plaza Midwood’s biggest community party is back! For over 25 years Midwood Mania has been gathering the community in Midwood Park for an event that now incorporates a 12 home tour, bicycle route, neighborhood pet parade, food trucks, local vendors and artists, community garden activities, and great music at Midwood Park’s amphitheater stage.
The Candlelight Home & Garden Tour opens the festival weekend running from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 3 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of the tour available in front of The Vine Church at 2101 Belvedere Avenue in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Advance tickets are also available online at plazamidwood.org and select neighborhood businesses. A percentage of ticket sales will be donated to the Urban Ministry Center.
