Some of Charlotte’s best African American chefs are hosting a dinner @atdawncafe. The dinner will be personal interpretations of soul food and will take place on Tuesday, October 18 at 7pm.
The first Soul food sessions will be 4 course 4 amuses for 45 dollars and BYOB. Bring a friend, a bottle of wine, and your appetite.

Crispy Seared Rock Fish with a local sweet potato bradford Watermelon molasses puree, local collard greens, and root vegetable hash.

Smoked Potato Bisque: Smoked purple potato, curry dusted cauliflower puffs, cashew butter, and mint piri piri.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine with spiced pumpkin seeds, crispy couscous, smoked strawberry coulis, and herb salad.

Butternut and Cinnamon Swirl Shortcake: cinnamon swirl pound cake, candied butternut squash with toasted marshmallow fluff, and spiced pecans
