Haymaker Restaurant honors the Southern Foodways Alliance, an organization that documents, studies, and celebrates the diverse food cultures of the changing American South, bringing together some of Charlotte’s best chefs.
Charlotte has become one of the most energetic foodways in the South and they are celebrating with the Southern Foodways Alliance for a special Sunday Supper to celebrate Charlotte’s ever-growing food scene.
