From crops to cuisine, explore the flavors of Cuba. Enjoy a night out at the museum and experience the food and biodiversity of Cuba. Featuring a screening of Cuba in IMAX, dinner and conversation with director Fernando Bretos.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour where guests will get a inside look into sustainable farming and ocean conservation through curated hands-on experiences.
Next up, a Cuban feast served buffet-style includes the national dish of Cuba ropa vieja, lechon, papa rellenos, fish escabeche, croquetas de jamon and Cuban sandwiches.
Following dinner, a screening of Cuba shares the powerful story of a land preserved in time, yet poised on the cusp of dramatic change. Through the eyes of Cuban artists, historians and scientists, the film provides an intimate look this vivacious island nation.
Conservation scientist Fernando Bretos, whose work is featured in the film, will host a Q&A at the conclusion of the screening.
