The Other Favorites are an indie folk duo based in Brooklyn, New York consisting of Joshua Lee Turner and Carson McKee. The duo met in 8th grade in Charlotte, North Carolina and self-released their first full-length album, Novelty, in 2011, followed by Naysayer in 2018, and Live in London in 2019. Their latest album, Unamericana, was released in 2021 as a video series, and explores their complicated relationship with American identity.
