One of Charlotte’s most beloved food trucks Papi Queso will be appearing on the popular Food Network T.V show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives at 9 p.m. on February 10.

Brian Stockholm, a former chef at Noble’s Restaurant started Papi Queso in 2012 and has been serving hungry Charlotteans delicious gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches like the popular Pig Mac ever since.

Papi Queso was selected by fans writing in to be featured on the show hosted by the polarizing Food Network star, Guy Fieri. Stockholm told us he was surprised by the amount of work it took to put on the production, which is produced by Citizen Picures, a Denver based video company. The Emmy nominated Food Network show was shot at Sycamore Brewing and featured in the episode will be the Pig Mac, Mushroom Gruyere, and Smoky Tomato Soup.

“Guy was a lot of fun and larger than life personality, he actually really loved our food and offered some great business consulting on growing Papi Queso.” said Stockholm.

Don’t miss Charlotte’s own Papi Queso on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives at 9 p.m. on February 10!
