Following the announcement of an outdoor concert series in North Charleston back in September, Charleston Music Hall has announced new shows with Marcus King Trio (October 25) and Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires (November 6-7) at The Bend, a 20-acre community redevelopment project along the historic Ashley River.

Having sold out most of the first run of shows that included SUSTO (Oct. 9), Shovels & Rope (Oct. 23-24), and St. Paul and The Broken Bones (Oct. 30-31), the “Around The Bend” concert series tickets have been in high-demand due to restrictions on venues starting back in March preventing many from enjoying live music.

The layout for the event will provide 250 squares of space to allow for proper social distancing with four people allowed per square. In addition, attendees will be able to bring their own food, drink, beer, wine, coolers, blankets and chairs to avoid crowding and contact. Concertgoers who are sharing a space are required to arrive together and utilize the free on-site parking spot.
