A$AP Rocky has announced his first headlining tour since 2019, following the release of his fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb. The Harlem native, who first broke out in the early 2010s as part of the creative collective A$AP Mob, will return to Charlotte (Friday, June 12 at Spectrum Center) for the first time since 2012.
Don’t Be Dumb, his first album in nearly eight years, was released on January 16 and features contributions from Brent Faiyaz, Gorillaz, Danny Elfman, Doechii, Sauce Walka, Thundercat, Tyler, the Creator, and more. Rocky leans into more experimental genre-bending production, showcasing his broader creative evolution across music, style, and art. His first two studio albums, Long.Live.A$AP and At.Long.Last.A$AP, both topped the Billboard charts.
He also released a new music video for “WHISKEY/BLACK DEMARCO” featuring Tim Burton, who designed and illustrated the album cover for Don’t Be Dumb.
Married to pop superstar Rihanna, Rocky is highly influential in the fashion and art worlds. His aesthetics have helped reshape how rappers engage with luxury brands, cementing his status as a cultural tastemaker.
CashApp Card holders will have the first opportunity for the presale on Wednesday, January 21 at 10 a.m. with tickets going on sale to the public on Tuesday, January 27 10 a.m.
