Earlier this year, Sting performed shows with the San Francisco Symphony at Davies Symphony Hall and the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Kimmel Center, also co-headlining two dates with Billy Joel in Tampa and San Diego.

Joel, who recently ended his historic 10-year residency at Madison Square Garden in January, last performed in Charlotte in 2022 (also at Bank of America Stadium). A career spanning over five decades with 33 Top 40 hits like “Piano Man,” “Uptown Girl,”We Didn’t Start the Fire,” and “The Longest Time,” Joel has won has won six Grammy Awards and sold over 160 million records.

“We’re just getting started,” said Chief Venues Officer of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Caroline Wright. “We’re really excited about our event programming for 2025…and a few more in the coming weeks.”

Joel and Sting will also hit Indianapolis (February 8), Syracuse (April 11), and Salt Lake City (May 23) in 2025, in addition to the May 10 date in Charlotte at Bank of America Stadium.
