“Summer of 69” and “Heaven” singer Bryan Adams coming to Charlotte and Raleigh with Dave Stewart of Eurythmics

Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist best known for his massive hits “Summer of ’69” and “Heaven,” has announced additional dates for his highly successful So Happy It Hurts Tour with stops in Raleigh on March 1 at PNC Arena and Charlotte on March 10 at Spectrum Center. The new dates will feature special guest Dave Stewart, best known as one half of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame synth-pop duo Eurythmics (with Annie Lennox).

Stewart will perform alongside an all-female band of singers and musicians, taking fans on a nostalgic musical journey spanning decades, and celebrating 40 years of the legendary new wave band.

Throughout his career, Adams has had No. 1 songs and albums in over 40 countries, selling over 100 million records and singles worldwide. In 1992, he won a Grammy Award for his song “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You” from the 1991 film, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and his sixth studio album, Waking Up the Neighbours.

Artist pre-sales will begin Tuesday, November 14 at 10 a.m. (code: SOHAPPYUSA) and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 17 at 10 a.m. (Raleigh) and Saturday, November 18 at 10 a.m. (Charlotte).
