Chart-topping R&B/hip-hop rapper and singer Doja Cat has announced her first arena tour with fast-rising New York artist Ice Spice, coming to Charlotte’s Spectrum Center on Sunday, November 26. The 24-date tour will kick off on Halloween in San Francisco before wrapping up December in Chicago also featuring Florida rapper Doechii on select dates.

Doja Cat originally earned viral success with her 2018 single “Mooo!” and followed with a deluxe version of her debut studio album, Amala, in 2019, featuring breakthrough singles “Juicy” and “Tia Tamera.” She released her sophomore effort, Hot Pink, in the same year and reached No. 9 on the Billboard 200, also going on to earn certified double platinum status. Prior to the release of her third studio album, Planet Her, Doja Cat received a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 2021 and Best Vocal Pop Album in 2022, winning for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the single, “Kiss Me More,” her collaboration with SZA.

Bronx rapper Ice Spice has been on the rise and has become one of the most viral artists in the past year, following the release of her single, “Munch (Feelin’ U)”, in 2022. She also recently worked with Taylor Swift on the remix for “Karma,” and Nicki Minaj on “Barbie World,” for the soundtrack to the movie, Barbie.

This will be the first time both artists will be performing in Charlotte. Tickets will go on sale to the public beginning Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m.
