Abi Carter is a pop singer-songwriter and pianist, best known as the winner of Season 22 of American Idol in 2024. Hailing from Indio, California, she grew up in a musically inclined family and began honing her craft as a young teen, busking on the streets of California’s Coachella Valley. Carter graduated summa cum laude from California State University in 2023 and released her debut album, ghosts in the backyard, in November.
Laur Elle is a Canadian-American indie-pop artist originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Initially training as a gymnast, Laur transitioned to music in her late teens, teaching herself guitar at 17. Best known for her songs “July,” “Wallflower,” and “Vascular Demi-Goth” featuring Bilmuri, she released her debut album, The Art of Pretending, in 2021 and her latest, Delayed Reaction, in 2023.
