Television personality, host, food scientist, and author Alton Brown brings his Last Bite tour to Charlotte this week. A “culinary variety show,” Brown will reflect on his decades in media, present culinary hacks, and sing funny food songs in this one-of-a-kind performance.
The creator and host of the Food Network television show Good Eats, which ran for 16 seasons, Brown has also hosted the miniseries Feasting on Asphalt and Feasting on Waves, and served as the host and main commentator on Iron Chef America and Cutthroat Kitchen. He is also a best-selling author of several books on food and cooking.
