Canadian indie dream pop band, Alvvays, returns to Charlotte this week for the first time since 2015. The Juno Award-winning group led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Molly Rankin, released their latest album, Blue Rev, in 2022, earning a Grammy nomination for the song “Belinda Says” (Best Alternative Music Performance).
The band’s 2014 self-titled album and 2017’s Antisocialites are both considered indie rock classics with songs like “Archie, Marry Me” and “Dreams Tonite.”
Horse Jumper of Love is an indie rock band from Boston signed to Run For Cover Records. They have released four studio albums with their latest, Heartbreak Rules, in May of 2023.
