Matteo Lane is a multi-talented stand-up comedian, actor, and singer who was named one of Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch” in 2022. Hailing from Chicago, he has gone from performing in New York City comedy clubs to selling out venues worldwide, including Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center. Fluent in five languages and possessing a six-octave vocal range, Lane studied opera and fine arts before transitioning to comedy. Lane’s comedy explores everything from his experiences as a gay man to hilarious insights into everyday life. His specials Hair Plugs & Heartache and The Advice Special have garnered millions of views, and Lane has also appeared in the Amazon Original film Upgraded, the Netflix series Survival of the Thickest, Molli & Max in the Future, and Netflix’s Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution. His next stand-up special, The Al Dente Special, will debut on Hulu in May.
