Petra’s will host a special screening of Murder & Moonbeams, an independent film adapted from the original fringe musical written by Molly J. Brown. Directed by Krizia Torres, the story centers on Detective Pierro, a washed-up investigator who now runs a laundromat but gets his hands dirty when tasked with solving the gruesome murder of singer Lily DeMoines.

Shot at several iconic Charlotte venues like Snug Harbor, Petra’s, The Milestone, and Goodyear Arts, the film also features cameos from local artists and community figures, celebrating the creative spirit of the city.
