Fresh off his Hornets halftime performance earlier this month, Dreamville rapper and Charlotte native Lute has released a new mini-series titled the Gold Mouf Chronicles. The first episode “The Joy of Painting with Golf Mouf,” is a Bob Ross-themed instructional video walking viewers through a Keith Haring-inspired spaceship painting. The eight-episode online series, directed by Alexander Hall will feature Lute’s alter ego “Gold Mouf” hosting several activities and partaking in some hilarious pranks.

The online series promotes Lute’s recently released single, “GED (Gettin Every Dolla),” following the Neal Farmer-directed music video that has racked up over a million views on YouTube. Earlier this year, Lute was also featured on the Grammy-nominated compilation album Revenge of the Dreamers III, and the song “Under the Sun,” featuring fellow North Carolina artists J-Cole and DaBaby.
