The legendary drummer of Canadian rock band Rush, Neil Peart has passed away after a long battle with brain cancer at 67 years old. Often regarded as one of the greatest drummers of all time, the music industry mourns the loss of the talented musician.
In 2012, Rush performed in Charlotte at Time Warner Cable Arena (now Spectrum Center) for their Clockwork Angels tour and Peart mesmerized with his colossal spinning drum kit and epic solos. Watch the rare footage captured by YouTubers Billy Watkins and Amethy Rush.
