Working out of a shared kitchen in Charlotte and using her grandmother Betty’s original recipe, Wright created delightfully addictive baked cheese biscuit bites. French Broad Chocolate – Hot Chocolate Collection
A bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker based in Asheville, French Broad Chocolate produces everything from artisanal chocolate bars and bonbons to hot chocolate and baked goods — all made with cacao sourced directly from farmers around the world. With a focus on ethical partnerships and craftsmanship, the brand has become one of the region’s most beloved names in small-batch chocolate.
