Northwest School of the Arts alum and Charlotte-area native Reneé Rapp has announced a 17-date U.S. tour, which will culminate with a homecoming show at Spectrum Center on October 29.

The rising pop star and actress — best known for her portrayal of Regina George in both the Broadway musical Mean Girls and the 2024 film adaptation — released her debut studio album Snow Angel in 2023. She is set to follow it up with a new album, Bite Me, arriving on August 1.

Rapp’s musical and theatrical journey took flight in 2018 when she won the Blumey Award for Best Actress for her performance as Sandra in Big Fish at Charlotte’s Belk Theater. That same year, she gained national recognition by winning Best Performance by an Actress at the prestigious Jimmy Awards in New York City, earning a $10,000 scholarship that helped launch her career.

Her biggest headline tour to date will take her to major arenas including Madison Square Garden in New York, TD Garden in Boston, and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. She’ll be joined by special guests Ravyn Lenae and Syd (The Internet and Odd Future).

Rapp is also using her platform to support meaningful causes, partnering with two nonprofits: global humanitarian organization Save the Children, and REVERB, an environmental nonprofit focused on sustainability in the music industry.

Fans can sign up for the artist presale now through June 24 at 11 p.m. here. The artist presale runs from June 26 at 10 a.m. through 10 p.m. local time and remaining tickets will go on sale Friday, June 27 at 10 a.m.
