One of R&B and soul’s most distinctive modern voices, Yebba, has announced new dates for her first-ever headlining tour, with stops in Charlotte at The Fillmore on Saturday, November 7, and Raleigh at The Ritz on Sunday, November 8.
Yebba, who became a sought-after voice after breaking out in 2016 with a memorable appearance alongside Chance the Rapper during his performance of “Same Drugs” on Saturday Night Live, has collaborated with an impressive roster of artists, including Robert Glasper, Drake, Sam Smith, A Tribe Called Quest, Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, and PJ Morton. Her collaboration with Morton on “How Deep Is Your Love” earned her a Grammy Award for Best Traditional R&B Performance in 2019.
She released her debut album, Dawn, in 2021, a critically acclaimed collection showcasing her blend of R&B, soul, gospel, jazz, and pop, with collaborations featuring A$AP Rocky and Smino.
In March 2026, Yebba released her highly anticipated second studio album, Jean, a 14-track follow-up that marks a more intimate and self-assured chapter of her artistry. The album expands her sound with pop and indie-rock textures alongside elements of R&B, soul, folk, and gospel, while exploring themes of love, healing, personal growth, faith, relationships, and self-belief.
Presale begins Wednesday, August 26, at 10 a.m. (yebbasmith.com), with tickets going on sale to the public Friday, August 28, at 10 a.m.
