Multi-talented comedian, rapper, illustrator, writer and actor, Zack Fox, has announced four DJ shows in early 2025 including a date in Charlotte at The Underground (moved to The Fillmore) on February 7. The Atlanta multi-hyphenate who initially built a fan base through Twitter, gained further recognition as an artist illustrating the album sleeves for Thundercat’s third studio album, Drunk, also acting in and co-writing the Flying Lotus-directed horror comedy film, Kuso, in 2017.

As a rapper, Fox released his debut single, “Square Up,” in 2017 and followed up with the viral hit, “Jesus Is the One (I Got Depression),” in 2019, both produced by Kenny Beats. The latter was originally recorded in The Cave, a YouTube series hosted by Beats, and the song became wildly popular for its absurd comedic nature and candid social commentary on mental health. Fox released his debut album, Shut the Fuck Up Talking to Me, in 2021, and also plays the role of Tariq in the Primetime Emmy Award-winning ABC series, Abbott Elementary.

As a DJ, Fox has performed on multiple YouTube channels including Boiler Room, Elevator Music, Black House Radio, and Pangea Sound, accumulating millions of views and listens. He’ll be spinning a mix of house, rap, jungle, R&B, and techno on all four tour dates with stops also in Philadelphia (January 30), Washington D.C. (January 31), and Miami (February 15).

Tickets for the Charlotte show at The Underground (moved to The Fillmore) on February 7 are now on sale.
