Breakaway, one of the country’s largest traveling music festivals, returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway’s zMAX Dragway this September for two days of dance music, fun brand activations, games, vendors, and giveaways.

Founded in Columbus, Ohio, in 2016, the festival debuted in Charlotte in 2017 and expanded to the 125-acre dragway in 2021. Breakaway has since grown to multiple cities nationwide and was named Best Festival Series at the 2024 EDM Awards in Miami.
