Lakers, Clippers, Warriors and Kemba’s return to Buzz City, the Charlotte Hornets reveal 2019-20 schedule

It’s definitely a new era in Buzz City. With the departure of Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lamb, the Hornets will look to rebuild with free agent signing Terry Rozier and the young nucleus of Malik Monk, Miles Bridges and rookie PJ Washington.

The 2019-20 regular season schedule has been released and the new-look Hornets will host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, Oct. 23 to kick off the season.

Highlights of the Hornets home schedule include a visit from LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday, March 21, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, December 4, the revamped Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, March 28, and the Houston Rockets on Saturday, March 7. Kemba will also make his return as a Boston Celtic on Thursday, November 7, scheduled to be televised on TNT.

The schedule features 17 home games on weekend dates with the longest homestand being five straight games from December 2-10. The Hornets will also take on the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Paris Game 2020 at the AccorHotels Arena on Friday, January 24, 2020. The NBA’s first regular-season game in Paris.
