The event will feature cultural performances, hands-on art experiences, dance workshops, and thought-provoking discussions exploring shared histories and aspirations.
As part of the Gantt’s Black History Month series, Nuanced Blackness, Afro Legacy Fest blends artistic, folkloric, and theatrical performances with direct audience interaction, fostering an unforgettable experience that celebrates Afro-Latin heritage and its ties to the broader African diaspora.
La Casa de la Cultura is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Latin American cultural heritage, fostering creativity, cultural exchange, and collective identity through events like Afro Legacy Fest.
