13-time Grammy Award-winning country artist and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Bonnie Raitt, will play a special show in Charlotte this week to support communities impacted by Hurricane Helene. Raitt released her 21st studio album, Just Like That…, in 2022, and the title track won Song of the Year and Best American Roots Song at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards. She was also awarded a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
English doo-wop/soul singer-songwriter and musician James Hunter, who is best known for his songs “Carina,” “Mollena,” and “People Gonna Talk,” will open the show.
