Charlotte VegFest, the city’s biggest celebration of all things vegan, returns to a new venue, The Amp Ballantyne. Featuring a food court, cooking demos, a vendor village, kids’ area, a literary cafe, and fitness classes, the event will welcome Leah Garces (author and president of Mercy for Animals) as this year’s keynote speaker. The festival will also feature a cook-off between two of Charlotte’s best vegan chefs, Chef Joya (@cookingwithjoya) and Chef Jewl (@chef_jewl).

Started in 2012 in a small parking lot, Charlotte VegFest has grown to draw thousands of visitors each year with over 100 vendors and family-friendly vibes promoting a healthy, sustainable, and compassionate lifestyle.

The event is free with registration, but you can also purchase VIP and premium options with perks.
