CLT Asian Eats and Katsu Kart will bring the first Asian Night Market event to HopFly Brewing Company Friday night featuring several locally owned food trucks including YuYu Kitchen (Japanese), Banh Mi Brothers (Vietnamese), AhaanLao (Lao/Thai), Cutting Board CLT (Korean corn dogs, ramen, and Birria tacos), Boba Baba Cafe (boba teas), and Katsu Kart (Japanese sandwiches). The event aims to showcase Asian culture with a variety of food trucks based in Charlotte.
In addition to the food, there will also be music by DJs, beers from HopFly Brewing Company, and local vendors. The event admission is free and it’s family and pet friendly.
