Guitarist and producer Cory Wong returns to Charlotte this week with guest guitarist Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy). Wong, who is best known for his work with Ann Arbor Michigan funk/jazz band Vulfpeck, has also performed and recorded with Jon Batiste, Dave Koz, Ben Rector, Dave Matthews Band, and many more. He is also a member of The Fearless Flyers, an instrumental quartet featuring guitarist Mark Lettier, drummer Nate Smith, and bassist Joe Dart.
Couch is a seven-piece pop-funk band from Boston, Massachusetts. The band released their self-titled debut EP in 2021 and are expected to release a new Sunshower on November 3.
