Coughing Dove is the alt-country solo musical project of Nicholas Holman. Holman released his debut album, You & Me Lee, on September 16, 2022 through Charlotte’s Self Aware Records. In 2024, he released a new single, “Loving Her Was Easier,” and also launched his indie synth-pop project, Top Achiever.
Appalucia is a Charlotte Americana band consisting of Corey Zeigler (vocals, guitar, mandolin), Wyley Buck Boswell (banjo, vocals, guitar), Chris Slezak (drums), Bo White (upright bass) and Ian Pasquini (fiddle). The band, which originally consisted of Andy “The DoorBum” Fenstermaker, released their debut self-titled album in 2011.
Ryan Lockhart is an alternative country singer-songwriter and musician from Charlotte, who released his latest album, Son Of A Coal Miner’s Daughter, on September 27.
