Charlotte native singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Dylan Gilbert will celebrate the release of his new album, When Did Everything Change?, on Friday night at Petra’s. Gilbert, who is now based in Philadelphia, is known for his eclectic blend of experimental art rock and jangle pop as a solo artist, also fronting the genre-bending punk band Hectorina.
