Fifth Degree Tours, a Charlotte-based concert promotion company presents the inaugural Jam Fest at PNC Music Pavilion this weekend featuring rappers Kevin Gates, Sexyy Red, Jeezy, NLE Choppa, Tai Boujie, Solo, and $hyfromdatre.
A first-time event in the Queen City, a portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Annie Belle Massey Foundation football scholarship fund benefiting HBCU student athletes.
