Prolific jazz multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger primarily know for his trombone play, Wycliffe Gordon and his quartet will make their Jazz Room debut. Gordon was an original member of Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra and widely known for his arrangement of the theme song to NPR’s All Things Considered.
Throughout his career, Gordon has released several critically acclaimed jazz albums as a band leader, performing with musicians and artists such as David Sanborn, Wynton Marsalis, Paul Simon, Natalie Merchant, Branford Marsalis, James Morrison, and Dianne Reeves.
