Menastree will celebrate saxophonist Zach Wheeler’s birthday Sunday night at The Evening Muse. Originally formed in late 2014 by musicians and producers Jesse Lamar Williams, DJ Lil Tone, and vocalist Jeremy Mayher, the band has since grown to include Braxton Bateman, Zach Wheeler, Malcolm Charles, Wenisha Massey, Curt Keyz, Stefan Kallander, and Marcus Jones. Blending hip-hop, house, jazz, and R&B, Menastree creates a unique and eclectic “feel-good” sound that continues to captivate audiences.
