Pentatonix are an a cappella group from Texas consisting of singers Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Matt Sallee, and Kevin Olusola. Formed in 2011, the collective won the third season of NBC’s The Sing-Off in 2011. The group has over has 20 million subscribers and more than 6 billion views on their YouTube channel, where they share covers of pop songs.
Lauren Alaina is a country pop singer-songwriter from Georgia who was the runner-up on the tenth season of American Idol.
